Everyone Can Grow!

Centenary offers some type of fellowship or ministry nearly every day and evening of the week or the month. You can be as actively involved at Centenary as the Lord calls upon you to be and your schedule will allow. Centenary ensures that everyone has the opportunity for personal and spiritual growth throughout every week!

An important part of the Centenary family is to be about God’s work while enjoying time spent together. There are many fellowship opportunities here at Centenary.

Fellowship Hour

Join us every Sunday morning at 9:30 in the Narthex, directly outside the sanctuary, for coffee, doughnuts, and especially the fellowship!

FUSION

Held twice each month on Sunday afternoons for 5th through 12th grades.  All youth are invited to attend and are encouraged to bring a friend! Follow this link to view more about Centenary’s Youth Fellowship.  Click on this link to go to Centenary Youth’s (FUSION) Facebook Page.

United Women in Faith

At Centenary, there is a wide array of opportunities for women to actively be involved in the work of the Lord.  The United Women in Faith meet monthly.

Additionally there are five smaller women’s groups called “Circles” that meet at different times and places throughout each month for fellowship and working together on various projects and activities the group has chosen.  For more details about each of the women’s circle groups, please follow this link for more information.

Holy Spokes Cluster

The Holy Spokes Cluster which consists of all the United Methodist Churches in the Jacksonville area sponsors joint activities several times per year. Each church is represented by their pastor and a lay representative.

In the fall the group has sponsored a variety of different activities. In November 2017 they held a fun talent night called “Holy Spokes Got Talent”. During the annual Festival of Trees, the cluster has a bake sale.

Each Sunday evening during Lent a worship service is held at one of the participating churches. The speaker is usually a pastor from a different church. The service is followed by a time of food and fellowship.
